Facilities
Camp Lakota, located just 90 miles from New York City, sits high atop the Wurtsboro Hills. We are situated on 200 of the most beautiful acres of land available. Our magnificent spring-fed lake, sandy beaches and all waterfront sports makeus a most desirable camp. We offer a full range of activities including horseback riding and scuba diving on the grounds. Our tennis courts, bascketball courts, and hockey rinks are well lit for night activities. Two terrific heated swimming pools allow campers to enjoy swimming both day and night. Our bunks are newly renovated, both inside and out. Camp Lakota's facilities allow room for the growth and development of our campers.
Most of our bunks house 8 children and 2 to 3 counselors. This promotes a social environment which means making new friends is easy!
